§1 Miscellaneous
Superior Wear can be purchased through our web shop and through our resellers.
All merchandise remains the property of Superior Wear until full payment is received.
All attempts of fraud will be reported to the police. Superior Wear has the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.
Minimum order amount to countries outside Sweden are €30, £30, $200, 250DKK, 300NOK. See paragraph 2 below for terms of payment and delivery.
Do not send any pre-payments whatsoever. We are not responsible for any cash, checks or stamps that are sent via mail.
Superior reserves the right of errors caused by type faults or unintentional errors in the product information on our web pages. We cannot guarantee our pictures to display the garments with 100% accuracy.
No VAT is included to countries outside Sweden.
Any customs, taxes or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Your parents/guardian’s consent is required If you are under 18 years and want to purchase items on Superior Wear.
§2 Payment & delivery
We use UPS, www.ups.com, or the Swedish Postal Office, www.posten.se, to shipments outside Sweden. Your purchase will be sent within 14 days.
You always have the right to cancel your purchase if the product is finished.
Payment
You have the opportunity to pay your order as follows:
Online payment
You can choose to pay online with your Visa card or Master card / Euro card.
PayPal
PayPal, www.paypal.com, is one of the safest ways to send money online. You have to register an account with PayPal, and then fill your account with money from your credit card or your bank account. When you place your order, choose the payment option PayPal in the check out.
Not checked out items will be charged 300 € Euro plus the cost for shipping. If you change your mind once the package has been sent from us, the best thing to do is to pick up your package at your delivery office and return it to us. If the package is not picked up, it will automatically be registered as a Not Checked Out Item and therefore charged accordingly. It’s cheaper to pick up your package than being charged for Not checked out item and the cost of the return shipping.
§3 Return policy
We have a 14 days return policy. You have the right of a full refund, or an exchange of the item you’ve bought, within 14 days after the delivery date, provided that the garment/item has not been used and is not damaged. The refund right does not apply to underwear.
In case of returning or exchanging items, you will have to pay for the return shipping costs. If an item is returned because of damaged goods or due to a mistake made by Superior Wear, we will refund all shipping costs.
All goods items that are returned must be packed in new bags or cartons. For example, if you return shoes, put the shoes in the original carton, and then put the original carton in a package or a bag before you send it. Don’t send it back by putting a label directly on the original box. It is destroyed and the return / exchange will not be approved.
§4 Security
Subject card payments and 3DSecure
3DSecure is a technique developed by VISA to verify that the person that purchases items with your card online is actually you. MasterCard also uses this standard. The technology means that when you use your card to purchase goods or services online, it is up to your credit card company or the bank to identify you. Entering a password or code at time of purchase is part of the identification. The credit card company will send encrypted communication to a special security server that will control the information. This password has either been chosen by you or been assigned by the bank that issued the card. The advantage for you as a consumer when using a payment service online that offers 3DSecure means that you get a chance to verify that you are the actual card owner, which means smaller risk that the card is used fraudulently. You can recognize a secured payment solution 3DSecure by Visa's trademark "Verified by Visa" and MasterCard's trademark "Secure Code".
NOTE! 3DSecure only works if you have applied this service through your banks
§5 Personal data
Personal data
According to law, Superior Wear is required to have your consent for handling your personal information. Superior Wear is the legal controller of personal data for all information submitted to us, or given to us when you visit our website.
The information will be used by us to fulfil our obligations towards you when purchasing goods, or to let you know when we have news that might be within areas of your personal interest, and for other marketing purposes. Superior Wear will never let any third party use your personal information for marketing purposes, unless approved by you.
You have the right to take part of the registered information about you, upon request. If the information should be found to be incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, you have the right to demand that they are corrected or deleted.
§6 Force Majeure
Superior Wear is not liable for any or all losses, (including loss of data) damages, costs, claims and other liabilities which arise as a result of any delay or interruption in, or any non-delivery, or missed delivery due to circumstances beyond our or any of our suppliers´ reasonable control (including, but not limited to, fire, lightning, explosion, war, disorder, flood, industrial dispute, sabotage, weather conditions, natural disasters, bankruptcy or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities).
