Wear we are very keen on our customers, and we constantly strive to find newer better
ways and alternatives to care for them the best way possible.
Our motto
is to give our customers the best service available.
That is why
we kindly advice our customers to read this text about conditions of purchase.
Freight & delivery terms:
We cooperate with the Swedish Post office and
you can find more information about them at www.posten.se
. At the moment we can offer two different freight alternatives.
The first
one is the most economic one and it is called “Post paket” which means parcel
to post office. You will receive your parcel at the fastest delivery time as
possible, to the most economic price as possible, delivered to your nearest
post office. We prefer to use the SMS notification when the parcel arrives, for
this service we need the customer’s cell phone number. It means that you will
get a notification through a SMS from your post office the same day your parcel
arrives. This way you don’t have to wait one further day for the post office to
deliver the dispatch note in your mail box. This delivery alternative is
automatically chosen when you make your order. If no other delivery alternative
is chosen by sending an e-mail to frakt@superiorwear.com.
The price for this service is 99:- SEK or 10,61 € EUR at today’s rate.
This
alternative is also automatically chosen for delivery outside Sweden. And the
price for this service is 199:- SEK or 21,37 € EUR.
The second
alternative is “hem paket” which means home delivered parcel. It is the most
comfortable alternative. The post office will deliver the parcel to the
customer’s door of their private residence at evenings between 17:00 and 21:00.
It is easy, comfortable and time spearing. You will be called about the
delivery time (don’t forget to leave your number). The post office will try to call
you three times and if they can’t reach you they will send you a dispatch note
so that you can contact them and arrange a delivery time. The price of this
service is 189:- SEK or 20,26 € EUR.
This
alternative is not available outside Sweden.
We can also
offer “DPD Företagspaket” which means parcel to companies. Your order will be
delivered to your company between 09:00 to 16:00.
This
alternative is also available outside Sweden.

Inside EU the
delivery prices include Swedish VAT of 25%. A registered company with a VAT
number will not be charged Swedish VAT, but for this the company has to contact
us at frakt@superiorwear.com before
ordering.
Countries
outside EU like Norway
is not charged Swedish VAT. The customer has to pay it according to the law of
the country when clearing the duty. The customer might be charged duty, and it
is the customer’s responsibility to check the duty laws of his/her country. If
duty is charged, the cost will stay on the customer. If the order is rejected
or not able to be brought in to the customer’s country all costs will stay on
the customer.
These are
the current prices at the moment but we are always trying to reduce the
delivery cost. If we at Superior
wear manages to lower the prices and to get a better deal from our co-operator
“Posten” (the Swedish Post office), it will immediately also benefit our
customers.
The prices
may change due to changed currency, changed pricing or changed freight costs.
Orders over
2000:- SEK or 215 € EUR within Sweden,
don’t have to pay any freight cost.
Superior
wear are always struggling to offer the best conditions to our customers.
Normal
delivery time is 3-10 working days if we have the ordered products in stock. If
the product is sold out or we have to import the product the customer will
always be notified in advance. The customer can then chose another product or
to wait for the imported item.
If the
customer doesn’t pic up the order at the post office or doesn’t accept the
order at the delivery moment the customer will be charged 250:- SEK or 26,84 €
EUR plus all the freight costs.
No refunds.
If you want to change a product, please contact us at frakt@superiorwear.com within 10 days
after receiving the product, before returning it. We do not accept changes of
tight Lycra shorts, underwear or offers. All the freight costs due to change of
product will stay on the customer. The products that are sent back to be
changed should be in original condition, flawless and of course not used. The
invoice or the recite must be sent back at the same time with the product.
Payment terms:
At the
moment we can offer our customers two different payment alternatives. Cash on
delivery and prepayment through bank transfer service, either to our bank giro
or bank account. But in the near future more alternatives will be available.
Credit card and cash card payments are soon going to be available too and these
are under negotiation at the moment.
Cash on
delivery alternative is to be preferred for its safety and simplicity. For this
service the Swedish post office charges 40:- SEK or 4,29 € EUR for the
“Postpaket” fright alternative, and 82:- SEK or 8,80 € EUR for the “Hempaket”
alternative. This payment will stay on the customer. You can find more

The other
payment option is prepayment by bank transfer service, to our bank giro or to
our bank account.
Procedure
of prepayment:
- Chose the products that you are
interested in.
- Contact us through e-mail, phone
or fax about which products you have chosen.
- We will respond with an e-mail,
by phone or fax about the total amount of money to transfer.
- You transfer the amount either
to our bank giro or to our bank account.
- As soon as we receive the
correct amount to our account we will send your order and an e-mail with your
invoice or recite with your parcel number.
- You can now track your parcel
directly through www.posten.se .

All the
prices include Swedish VAT of 25%. The prices may change for example due to
changed VAT or other taxes, exchange rate, big differences in currency
situations or due to cost prices.
Mistakes
can occur in products, product pictures, product texts or in any other place on
our site or web shop.
Computer safety policy:
We are obliged to protect all our customers’
information. Superior wear guaranties that all your information is protected
and will be used with greatest precaution and anonymity after being worked on
and storaged.
As you
register your self you give us the permission to use your information. And if
necessary to share your information with our credit card payment and
transaction handling company “Samport”, and our bank “Handelsbanken” to be
worked on and stored only to be used in relation to a buy. Transference of
customer’s personal information to a third part is strictly forbidden. We will
not sell your personal information. If we by law are forced to transference of
your personal information for a judicial purpose, we will not inform you in advance
or ask for your permission, and also if we are forced to protect our property
and rights and obligations to contract. You can have your stored information
erased any time you wish. Information can be changed or added in this computer
safety policy, especially if the law or specific regulations are changed. This computer
policy in our web shop is by law valid and binding. You can retrieve your
permission to use your personal information at any occasion.
Cookies:
According
to the electronic communication law that took effect in 25 of July 2003,
everyone who visits a website or a web shop that uses cookies must be informed.
When you
visit our website and web shop cookies are stored on your computer. These are
session cookies and they keep track of the information when you are logged in
and of your shopping cart when you shop. These sessions are not stored for a
long period of time in your computer. They will vanish when you close your web
browser. If you do not accept this use of cookies, you can adjust your web
browser so that it automatically rejects cookies, or informs you anytime you
visit a website that uses cookies. If you turn of the cookies you will not be
able to shop, because you need them to log in to our web shop and also for
